 Being a true Hyderabadi , Shah Ghouse was the first biryani that I felt was so close to the authentic Hyderabadi biryani in USA. Their Biryani is consistently cooked to perfection, the meat tender and the portion size too is good. I have been a regular customer from when they started and the taste is even consistent to date.

Lots of biryani joints have sprung up in Austin but just biryani doesn't bring back Hyderabad. This place is simply Hyderabad on your plate. Or parcel. All the dishes from home and all of them made with the same love and care. You can taste it.
